Curry Palace

Absolutely brilliant service, delicious food, and friendly staff. We were looking for a place to enjoy hot food and happened to stumble upon the curry palace. Do not be fooled by its exterior it’s a very warm and friendly place with fab decor inside. This place is unmatched with their food and service. We ordered the chicken curry, lamb curry, veg curry, lamb biryani, boiled rice, Peshawari naan, and many garlic naans. Never have we enjoyed a meal so much. The food came out perfectly hot and perfectly seasoned after within 20 minutes of being seated. You could taste the love and effort and passion put into each and every dish. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for not just a good, but a fantastic curry and a warm friendly dining experience. For five of us everything cost around 65 including soft drinks which is incredibly cheap compared to other London restaurants we’ve tried. This is no ordinary restaurant, it’s not to be missed - will definitely be coming here again.

We ordered a takeaway, so cannot comment about the restaurant, although my husband said that it had a good atmosphere and we should 'dine in'. The food was excellent, so we will. Discovered a real gem in Alton.

Had a really nice takeway yesterday evening. Really enjoyed the free bottle of wine also. Really fresh and tasty food. Wasn't oily like some other establishments.

Decided to have a Sunday banquet 15.95 but as it was December they had the festive banquet @ 25.95 and they even offered it for 2 dine in customers. The restaurant look like a typical Indian, but don't let the fool you. The food was fresh and tasty, even though I did not manage to experience the smaller normal banquet, the Christmas one was very filling and provided many options. We even asked to have a doggy bag as could not finish it all. They also offer tribute nights, something I may go and re-visit. The restaurant manager gave us complimentary drinks after the meal. Definitely go and try the place out.

Had my first experience here Wednesday evening. What can I say, a very Warm welcome by the manager and his staff. Good was amazing. Very Reasonable too . Waiter didn’t rush us and came to check on each meal. Will definitely return again 10/10 for FOOD , 10/10 for SERVICE and finally 10/10 for CLEANLINESS

Chicken 65 was best I had ever eaten The flavors were vibrant and perfectly balanced, showcasing the chef's skill and passion for creating unforgettable meals. From the appetizers to the desserts, each course was a delightful journey of taste. The ingredients were fresh and high-quality, and the presentation was as beautiful as the food was delicious. Overall, curry palaces Alton is a must-visit for anyone seeking a peaceful dining experience with outstanding service and food that will leave you craving more. I can't wait to return and explore more of their exquisite menu. Highly recommended!
